Obituary of Rhoda S. Goldberg

Goldberg, Rhoda S, age 99, 24 days short of a century, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2017. A native of the Bronx, a dedicated NYC high school teacher, known for her wit, intellect and holiday culinary dishes.  Most recently, she mentioned to her grandson “ the first 100 years are the hardest”. Beloved wife of the late Meyer Goldberg, cherished mother of Ken and wife Rhonda, loving grandmother to Amy ( Mary) and Steven, proud great-grandmother of Isis Rose and Ezra, loving sister of Shirley and Melvin ( deceased) and devoted sister-in-law and Aunt of Roz and Gail. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, January 2 at 11 am in Cedar Park Cemetery.
