Rapkin, Ethel  nee: Nisler, age 98, of Sacramento, CA., formerly of Jersey City, on Sunday August 19, 2018. She was born in New York City and was a Retired Nurse at Greenville Hospital, Jersey City and the Hebrew Home for Aged, Jersey City now the Jewish Home, she was a School Teacher who taught Health at Lincoln High School, Jersey City. Beloved wife of the late husband Morris Rapkin. Beloved mother of Marwin of Allendale NJ, and Saul of Folsom, Calif. Cherished grandmother of  Morgan & Charles. Loving great aunt to Sharon & Milo. She was a Member of Workman’s Circle NYC, For many years she was Secretary  of Workman’s Circle Branch 59-504 Jersey City and Workman’s Circle Bayonne Branch. Chapel Serice Thursday in Mt.
