Obituary of James Rosenbaum
James Rosenbaum, a very successful businessman born in Germany. The family left in 1938 to Bolivia, where he started his career as a meat slicer and moved up creating his own empire. He married the love of his life Headwig and together they had two children Ivonne and Marcel. They then relocated to New York in 1960 and settled in Yonkers where they raised their family and were active members at Lincoln Park Jewish Center. He began his business Royale Veal in NYC, his son joined him as partner after leaving his own company Jem Meats. James lost his son at the age of 36 in 1989 and soon after sold the business and retired to Hallendale Beach, FL. His wife passed in 2004 and his daughter in 2014. James is survived by his four grandchildren; Danielle Kauderer, Monica Rosenbaum Bergman, Andrew Rosenbaum and Nadine Rosenbaum. He also leaves behind their spouses and partners Ele Kauderer, Scott Bergman, Dana Curren and John Martinez. In addition to his great grandchildren; Miles, Dean, Reed, Devon, Theresa, Adaya, Cruz, Violet, Mia and a tenth one due in September. He also is survived by his devoted son in law Ernest Khan.
