Obituary of Reva Evelyn Prosnitz
Reva Evelyn Prosnitz, 66, of Hackensack died on Sept. 10 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Paterson. Mrs. Prosnitz was born in Paterson and lived in Elmwood Park and Rutherford before moving to Hackensack in 2010.
She was a licensed social worker and was last employed by Broadway Adult Day Care in Fair Lawn. She was a cum laude graduate of Montclair State University and was awarded a Master of Social Work degree from New York University.
She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Howard Prosnitz. She is also survived by a brother, Dr. Joseph Brezin (Susan) of San Clemente, CA., and by nieces Amy Brezin (Reggie Slater) and Laura Kern (Steven).
Chapel Service in the Tower Chapel in George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus at 11:00 AM. Funeral arrangements are by Eden Memorial Chapels in Fort Lee.
