Obituary of Erna Davis Heller

Heller, Erna, (Tina) age 94, of Fort Lee,, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday February 4,2021, after years of struggling with Alzheimer's. Born in Brooklyn and recently of Fort Lee, previously of Ridgewood, NJ. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Fred Heller of 71 years and her sister, Barbara Adams of Brooklyn. Adored mother to Jeffrey Heller and his wife Deborah; William Heller and his wife Maureen. Cherished grandmother to Steven and his wife Valerie, Jessica, Sara, Kristin, Garrett. Tina was born February 9, 1926 in Brooklyn, NY. Devoted and supportive wife to Fred, inseparable, they loved, and traveled often especially with family and eventually their grandchildren, all five of whom are to various degrees well-traveled and adventurous largely to their credit. Tina was a true New Yorker loving the art museums, theatre, restaurants and fashion. She was a wonderful cook and lifelong tennis player and fan. She enjoyed reading and playing scrabble especially with her grandchildren. She is missed already by all those who loved her.
