Shapiro, Samuel, L., M.D. age 93 on November 8, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn (nee Gold). Devoted father of Susan (Bob), Jonathan (Cathy) and Raphael (Angelina). Generous grandfather of Joshua, Jeremy, Jacob, Nicholas, Matthew and Rachael and great grandfather of four. Service Monday 11am at Eden Memorial Chapels 327 Main Street Fort Lee, NJ. The family asks that donations in Sam's honor be made to the "Religious School at Adas Emuno", 254 Broad Avenue Leonia, NJ 07605.
