Obituary of Libby Wertheim

Libby Wertheim, age 86, of Fort Lee, NJ, passed away peacefully on June 4th after a valiant fight with cancer. Born in Meyersville, NJ to the late Esther and Aaron Litwin, she was predeceased by her son David Litwin and brother Herbert Litwin. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Alfred (Mike) and daughter-in-law Diana and husband James Kilkenny, her brother Benjamin Litwin and his wife Charlotte, her sister Charlotte and husband Walter Lorberbaum and her brother Seymour Litwin and his wife Nancy, her nephews: Aaron Lorberbaum, Jeffrey Lorberbaum and wife his wife Jenny, Wayne Litwin and his wife Lynne, Robert Litwin and his wife Karen, her niece Shari Litwin and their children. She leaves many dear friends who were all her passion and delight. She was a devoted volunteer at The New Synagogue of Fort Lee for many years. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 5th at 11:00 a.m. at Eden Memorial Chapel, 327 Main Street, Fort Lee, NJ 07024. Burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery, 12 Market Street, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Libby's memory to The New Synagogue of Fort Lee.
